Ylva Van Buuren
Ylva Van Buuren’s passion is health and fitness, and she writes for magazines, websites and radio on everything from home workouts to fitness apps to eating right to stay fit and healthy. She has ghostwritten two books about fitness and health, and authored blogs for a national fitness organization. Based in Toronto, Ylva lives an active lifestyle. She practises yoga regularly and enjoys cycling, tennis and cross-country skiing. She also loves to walk her 10-year-old dog, Jack, and her post-COVID gift to herself was horseback riding lessons.
